The Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) warmly congratulates His Excellency Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on his election as 23rd President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. We wish him success in this important responsibility and hope his leadership will contribute to peace, stability, justice, and the welfare of the people of Bangladesh.

We sincerely appreciate the Government and people of Bangladesh for their continued humanitarian support and protection of the Rohingya people. We hope Bangladesh, under His Excellency’s leadership, will continue to support the Rohingya people’s rights, dignity, and safe, voluntary, dignified, and sustainable return to our homeland in Arakan State.
