Ustad Khalid Junun serves as the Chief of General Staff of ARSA. Born on 4 July 1995, he represents a committed generation of Rohingya leadership dedicated to justice, freedom, and the protection of the Rohingya people. He completed his early education at Kyauktaw High School in Arakan State before pursuing higher studies in Malaysia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Engineering. Known for his discipline, courage, and leadership qualities, he plays a key role in strategic planning, coordination, and strengthening organizational structure within ARSA. His leadership is guided by responsibility, service, and commitment to the future of the Rohingya people.
Ustad Khalid Junui was born on 4 July 1995 and grew up in Arakan State, where he completed his early education at Kyauktaw High School in Kyauktaw Township. From an early age, he experienced the realities faced by the Rohingya people, which shaped his awareness, discipline, and sense of responsibility toward his community.
He later continued his higher education in Malaysia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Engineering. His academic background strengthened his analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to contribute to structured leadership and planning.
Within ARSA, we recognize Ustad Khalid Junun as a brave and committed leader who has been actively involved in strategic coordination and operational planning for an extended period. He has contributed to strengthening internal organization, improving coordination, and supporting leadership decision-making processes.
As Chief of General Staff, he holds a key leadership position responsible for assisting in strategic direction and ensuring effective organizational coordination. His role reflects discipline, responsibility, and dedication to the collective mission of the organization.
Today, he continues to serve with full commitment to justice, freedom, dignity, and the protection of the rights and future of the Rohingya people in Arakan State.
