Mufti Sheikh ul Hadith Mawlana Mushtaq Ahmed was born on 5 April 1958 and has dedicated much of his life to the pursuit of Islamic knowledge, education, and community service. Through years of study and teaching, he earned recognition as a respected scholar and religious leader known for his commitment to preserving and promoting authentic Islamic teachings.

In 2002, he attained the position of Sheikh ul Hadith, reflecting his advanced scholarship and expertise in the study and teaching of Hadith. As a qualified Mufti, he has provided religious guidance on a wide range of matters, helping individuals and communities address religious, social, and moral issues through the principles of Islam.

Throughout his career, he has played an important role in educating students, mentoring future scholars, and strengthening religious awareness within the community. His dedication to knowledge and service has earned him respect among scholars, students, and community members alike.

As Chairman of the Supreme Council, he provides religious and strategic guidance while helping ensure that the organization's principles and objectives remain rooted in responsibility, justice, and service to the people.

Today, he continues to serve as a source of wisdom, guidance, and leadership. His lifelong commitment to Islamic scholarship and community service remains an important contribution to the ongoing struggle for justice, freedom, dignity, and the rights of the Rohingya people in their ancestral homeland.
